J&J Performance Coaching is
designed for you to select the level and kind of coaching that you need. It can
be as much or as little as you want. J&J Performance Coaching includes
working with you in any way that best works for you and can include any or all

J&J Performance Coaching offers
three Coaching Programs:
- The Q&A
Program:
We meet with you once, twice, or as many times as you want and answer any
questions you have about your TRI/Ironman program.
- The Personal
Review Program:
We review your goals and your TRI/Ironman program and make suggestions to
help you achieve your PR (Personal Record).
- The One-on-One
Program:
A J&J coach works with you to develop the most effective TRI/Ironman
program for you personally and trains with you on a one-on-one basis. The
J&J One-on-One Program includes personal one-on-one coaching in all of
the areas noted above: determining cardio zones, developing an overall
strategy, analyzing and improving your technique, analyzing your equipment,
and performance training.
Our Coaches
J&J Performance Coaching is conducted personally by Charleston Bicycle
Company and Running Shop owners John and Jana Glover. Both John and Jana have
completed three IRONMAN events and numerous Triathlon Sprints. In 2005, they
both finished in the top levels of their classes at IRONMAN Florida. They are
professional shoe and bike fitters and have extensive tri-product knowledge and

Coaching Fees &
Programs
Coaching fees vary according to the
level and intensity of the coaching program that is right for you. Please
