First, we'll talk about how you'll be using your shoes: what distances do you run? how often? what are your goals - performance? comfort? etc? Next we'll take a look at your old shoes to see how they've been wearing. (So don't forget to bring them when you come in!) Then we'll take a look at your feet and your arch.
Now we're starting to focus in on the
type of shoe that you need to optimize your performance and comfort, but first we'll take a look at how you walk to
determine exactly which shoe is best for you: a 'neutral' shoe, or a
stability shoe or perhaps a motion control. Your walking
style and how your feet move will tell us a lot about which shoe will best meet
