The new Running Shop at CBC on Savannah Highway now carries a full range of running shoes: light weight shoes, training shoes, supportive shoes. Every running shoe is not the same. We all need shoes that have been designed for our individual needs and running styles. For example, one of our major brands, Saucony, classifies their models in five different categories (see the chart below).  Other brands have similar models. So don't just buy any old running shoe. Come by the store for a free professional fitting.
